TERMS OF SERVICES:


1. Introduce

- This MyHalo Service Use Agreement (Agreement) includes the terms, conditions and regulations for the use of MyHalo ecosystem services (Platform), owned and/or operated. and/or managed by Halotel (Service)

- To use any service under the MyHalo ecosystem, users need to agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, in case the user does not agree to any terms of this Agreement. User should immediately terminate use of the Services.

- The user agrees to have read, understood and committed to comply with all principles set forth in this Agreement and the regulations and/or integration regulations (if any, hereinafter referred to as the Regulations and policies) book). 2. Define

- Platform: All products within the MyHalo ecosystem including but not limited to MyHalo software and products requiring the use of an account provided by Halotel

- Account: Is the data necessary to log in and use the platform

- Device: Is the physical hardware used to access the account for the purpose of using the Service

- User Content: Is content in the form of text, images, sounds and other forms of expression uploaded by users to the platform in accordance with this Agreement.
3. Account

- To use the service, users need to register for an account. We limit the number of Accounts a user can register, as well as the number of compatible devices an account can be linked to at any one time. The User undertakes that the use of the account must comply with the provisions of this Agreement, and the User undertakes to provide us with information to register/update Account information that is accurate and complete. . We are not responsible in case the information provided by the User is incorrect, affecting or limiting the User's rights.

- Users create a MyHalo account by entering a phone number and entering an authentication code from MyHalo. The user then provides basic information including: Avatar, full name, date of birth, gender, then the MyHalo user account will be successfully created.

- The user will bear all responsibility, including legal and legal responsibility, for all activities and actions performed through the account during the use of the service. 4. Violation

The User has the right to use the Service, however such use shall not include the following acts

- Copy, edit, reproduce, create new products or derivative versions based on this platform

- Sell, transfer, sublicense, disclose or otherwise transfer or give part or all of the data constituting the platform to any third party other than those parts of the data of which the user is the legal owner. France.

5. Collect, use and protect user information

(d) Share data

- We share users' account information with their permission to third parties. This is also the unit that users want to access and may have allowed third parties to access their data to expedite the necessary steps to implement service features or other benefits for users. .

(e) Time and location of account information storage

- User account information will be stored at a server with an IP address in Tanzania for the period necessary to provide the Services under this Agreement. We only process the User's Account Information for as long as the User accepts this Agreement and begins to use the Platform.

(f) Update, Modify and Delete Account Information

- By logging in to their Account, users can access the feature to modify, delete accounts, withdraw consent to provided account information using the platform's user interface operations or submit write to the Halotel office to request that the change be made.

- In case the user does not agree to continue to let Halotel collect and use the user's account information, in addition to the user being able to actively disable access on the platform, the user can also send request to Halotel to delete stored account information.

- All information related to requests to delete accounts and provide information will be received at Halotel's head office at the address mentioned in section 10 of this Service Agreement and there is a specialized department. - We can only fulfill a user's request for account information we have collected and the user has consented to the processing in sections a and b of this Agreement.

- In case the user requests to withdraw "consent" or/and requests to partially withdraw consent, we regret that we do not have enough database to provide services to users. Therefore, in this case we will respond by helping the user withdraw consent to these terms, the user's account will be disabled and the service will be discontinued to the user.

- According to legal regulations, for data belonging to MyHalo, we will store user data according to legal regulations.
6. Commitment to privacy

We collect the minimum information required to achieve the purposes set out in this Policy (see below), and you have the ability to limit such collection, as specified below:

6.1 Registration and Account Information (e.g., name, birth date, age, phone number and, when necessary, billing information): Your name and photo (if you choose to provide them) will be visible to other Myhalo users and they can search you by name unless you change your settings. We may suggest you as a possible contact to people we believe you may know (without revealing your phone number), unless you turn off this option. 6.2 Device and Location Information: We collect additional information when you access our App through a certain device (e.g. your mobile device’s unique identifier; your session’s IP address; information about your device’s operating system, your browser, browser or operating system language; your wireless network). We may also collect your WPS location data – you can choose whether to allow this by changing your geolocation tracking settings.

6.3 When you install the Myhalo App, you’ll also be asked to allow us access to your mobile device’s address book. This includes partners managing our advertising placements and also advertisers themselves and their agencies or third parties managing their advertising demands. Your unique advertising identifier is created by your mobile device’s operating system and you can change it or choose not to share it at any time.

- App Providers and Other Third-Parties (such as third-party app analytics providers and marketing service tool): We may disclose your information to service providers and other third-parties under contract who help with providing you and others our Services on our behalf or other services provided by third-parties via our Services (such as, but not limited to, retention, crash logs, product interaction). 8. Intellectual Property

The Platform is developed and owned by Halotel except for user content uploaded to the Platform, all intellectual property rights related to the Platform including but not limited to source code, images, data, information Information, content contained in the platform, modifications, additions, updates of the platform and related documentation (if any) will be solely owned by Halotel and not by any individual or organization. 10. Note on use

- During the process of using the Service, users must be very careful when deciding to access and exchange information with other Accounts labeled "strangers". - We only provide platform usage services to users over 18 years old.

11. Contact and report violations

- If you believe that any content publicly available through the platform violates your rights, the rights of any third party or violates the law, please notify us. A notification is considered valid if it contains all of the following information

12. Handling violations

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, whether express or implied, Halotel makes no warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties regarding the stability of the Service, information security and safety. , the authenticity of the information that users receive during the use of the Service.

- In all cases, you warrant that you will release Halotel from all liability in respect of any losses, damages, expenses under any cause of action arising out of your use of use, or inability to use the Service.

- Halotel will apply necessary technical, security, and confidentiality measures according to the provisions of law and according to Halotel's quality statements and commitments to secure users' personal information. 14. Applicable law

All issues, contents and any disagreements and disputes arising from or related to the implementation of this Agreement are interpreted and governed by the laws of Tanzania. Halotel and the users hereby acknowledge that the laws applicable to resolving disputes and disagreements, if any, between the parties related to the platform and the Services are the laws of Tanzania only and do not refer to the laws of any country otherwise in any case.
